All coming from distinct cultures and contexts, delay no more came together to seek a sense of belonging and community amongst each other. They attempt to build a collectivity that accommodates each one's creativity, simultaneously challenging the Western perception of "Asian women" by examining the categorisation, othering, and in-betweenness that occur during the migration process.

They ask, 
- How does the physical body carry traces of cultural expectation, and how can those traces be made visible or disrupted? 
- To what extent do we identify with the stereotypes? 
- How to create a community that isn’t tied to a culture or a nationality, but builds through shared desire for resistance?

delay no more 0.1 (2026~)

The performance delay no more 0.1 is our first attempt to bring this collective on stage. In this version, we focus on the quality of unison and the idea of “being the same” whether conceptually, musically, or in movement.

As a research based collective, we came together by sharing our own divergent and complex journeys of migration, hoping to find collectivity and comfort amongst each other. As four “Asian women identifying” performers, we together critique the simplification of our representations and othering that occurs in West centric contexts. Our research question: how can a performance become a collective autobiography? is explored through movement research, sound scape practice, creative writing, reading, and conversations, with importance on honouring nuances and opacity of our own experiences.
