is a performing artist, dancer and musician based in Brussels, coming from Tokyo. Growing up in between Japan, Indonesia, and Mexico during her childhood, dance has been one consistent strand that weaved her path. In reflection to her trajectory, her works often take satirical tones to provoke questions around East Asian/Japanese cultures and its relation to the body, especially in the context of migration. She has finished her Bachelor in Dance at P.A.R.T.S. in 2025, and is now working in both collaborative and personal creations.
Bass guitar has been an important part of her expression, where she has been researching working with the instrument as the 5th limb to move with. With this idea, she has worked with Musiektheater Transparant (2024), and also in her creation Fairy Forest (2025). As a performer, she has worked with Anne Carson, Mette Ingvartsen, Benjamin Vandewalle, Inga Huld Hákonardóttir and also on stages of Europalia and Cultural Olympiad for Drumming XXL (2024). With her own creation, she is working on Fair Warning In Selling (2024~) that has been presented at P.A.R.T.S. and DANSAND, and shine! shine!(2025) shown at Zinnema x Asian Persuasion and also with e.t.e.n.s. Collective.
